Keep off the roof. Keep people away from anything that has collapsed or looks unstable, and call 999 if anyone is in danger.
Limit the damage
Catch drips, move valuables, and switch off electricity to the affected area if water is near fittings and it is safe to do so.
Record it
Photograph the damage inside and out for your insurer before anything is moved.
