1. Who we are

This website is run by Better Home Hub Ltd (company number 16605946), registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. "We" and "us" mean Better Home Hub Ltd.

2. What the service is

Nationwide Roofing Specialists is an introduction service. When you send an enquiry, we pass it to a roofing specialist who covers your area so they can contact you and quote. We do not carry out roofing work, employ roofers or have local offices. Specialists we introduce may pay us a fee.

Using the service is free for homeowners. We cannot promise that a specialist will be available for every enquiry or how quickly they will contact you.

3. Your agreement is with the specialist

Any quote, contract, payment, guarantee or insurance is between you and the specialist you choose. They are independent businesses and are responsible for their own work. We do not vet, endorse or guarantee any specialist, so please make your own checks before you agree to anything, such as asking for a written quote, proof of insurance and guarantee details.

4. Information on this site

Our articles, FAQs and cost guides are general information. Prices are typical ranges from published sources, not quotes, and rules on planning, Building Regulations and VAT can change and differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Check the official source or take professional advice before relying on them for a decision.

5. Using the website

Please give accurate details in your enquiry and only send an enquiry for a property you are responsible for or have permission to arrange work on. Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or sending enquiries in someone else's name.

6. Our liability

We are not responsible for work carried out, or not carried out, by a specialist. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
